Transcanada's Keystone restarts after one week outage
The TransCanada pipeline has been cleared for restart at low pressure after a leak was found in the small town of Hutchinson City, South Dakota. The 400 barrel leak shutdown the entire line last week. This is the first leak for Keystone since the line started up in 2010. The cause of the leak is still unknown.
The 590,000 bbl/day Keystone pipeline delivers crude from Hardisty, AB to Cushing, OK and several refineries in Illinois.
